The Lazy Day

SOLC Day 4: Lazy Day

Today is pajama day at home.  It’s a day not to worry about time, fixing the bed, or errands.  Most days, we live our lives attempting to cross off the items from the never-ending list of things to do.  I declare today to be lazy day and allow ourselves to sleep in, eat breakfast as a family, watch a good movie, read, and play those board games that seem to have collected dust in the garage.

The list will still be there tomorrow, but today, I will put it aside and enjoy the day!

  1. Sundays are my favorite days of the week. When the church clothes come off, I put on the pajamas and rarely go anywhere else the rest of the day. My Sunday nap time is sacred! How fun to have a lazy day that ignores the list and puts enjoyment first. Thanks for reminding me to enjoy my lazy days!

  2. Sunday pajama days are the best! It’s my favorite way to spend the day. There is something so relaxing about it. Just gets you ready for the coming week.
