Thinking Ahead

SOLC: Day 7

It may seem unusual to some people but I am the type of person who likes to plan out my family’s dinners a week in advance.  I’m not a gourmet chef, just someone who likes to make the most of my time.  I purchase all the items, season, prep, and leave them ready in the freezer or fridge until the day I use them.  This what I may typically do on the weekend, but with the unexpected day off due to the snowstorm I decided to take advantage and not wait.  So thanks to the extra time I had, I have completed my weekend task today.
